This chocolate fudge pie is different from any other pie I've had. It has a nice chocolate flavor, it's somewhat dense, it has a silky smooth texture and it's not too sweet.
Melt butter; set aside.
Whisk eggs together.
Mix in cocoa and melted butter.
Add flour, sugar and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until center is set.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
5 T cocoa powder
1 C butter
1/2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 8-inch pie crusts (I wanted a thick pie so I only used one 9" crust)
